1. How secure is ordering? <Back to top>
For your security we are using SSL Encryption (Secure Socket Layer). This technology encrypts all communication between the sites secured pages and your computer making it safe to submit personal and credit card information. Our Certificate has been issued by <Thawte>. We have chosen to use 128bit (stronger) encryption. This simply means that we are using one of the best, most secured encryption methods currently available.

Your personal information submitted through any purchase will remain inside the company. Your address or personal information will remain private and will not be sold or given out in anyway.

3. How long will the order take? <Back to top>
All orders are checked every working day. We will process your order as soon as we can. This is typically the same day or within one business day. We will email you immediatly if there will be any delays and when the order has been shipped. It is important that you include a valid, working email address for communication.

4. How much will the shipping cost? <Back to top>
We offer a FLAT $8.10 fee for all continental USA shipping. All non continental USA shipping and duty charges will be computed and emailed to customers for approval prior to shipping.

5. Which carrier will be used? <Back to top>
All shipments to continental USA will be shipped via United States Postal Service via Priority Mail Insured <USPS>.

6. How about TAX? <Back to top>
In order to obey the laws, we will collect the State Tax for all shipments to the state of ILLINOIS (USA) in the amount of 8.75% of the total price, excluding shipping cost.

7. Do we allow returns? <Back to top>
We ONLY allow returns if the product was damaged during the shipping or there is a manufacturing defect. All sales are final. If any product is to be found defective within the 30 days after shipment date, we will gladly replace it if the product is available or refund your payment excluding the shipping costs. We will only cover the return shipping cost of the product.

8. Canceling orders? <Back to top>
Because getting orders out with expediency is our priority - handling cancellations can be tricky. Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled on line. You must email us at sales@yourtaxstore.com <Send Email> to inform us of your desire to cancel your order. If you inform us of your wish to cancel after we have already charged your card, but prior to shipping, you will be charged the credit card processing fee of 3% or a minimum of $5. If your order has been shipped, we are sorry, but your order cannot be canceled.

9. Do we offer warranty? <Back to top>
All product are full warranted for all manufacturing defects for the period of 30 days after the shipment date. If any product is to be found defective within the 30 days after shipment date, we will gladly replace it if the product is available or refund your payment excluding the shipping costs. We will only cover the return shipping cost of the product.

10. Product availability and price corrections. <Back to top>
We strive to keep the product listings up to date. All products are in limited quantities and we can't guarantee availability. In case that a particular product is not available, we will inform you via email. Due to the automatic nature of online purchasing, prices are subject to price adjustment without prior notice. When a price has been computed through an online order that is in error, you will be notified regarding the change and given the option to cancel the order or pay the new price.
